I could finally met to my first couch host!
He is a super kind person, I am so lucky to have him as my first host.
Funny thing is that he took me to ramen restaurant in Barcelona, very popular and his friend introduced to him. ramen was very rich tonkotsu soup with floating pork fat. It reminded me of Onomichi ramen specialised in one of the region in Hiroshima.
Also the music playing in the restaurant was cheering song of my hometown baseball team.
They had mega horn in the restaurant as well, so I concluded that the owner of the restaurant must be a man from Hiroshima.
I said thank you and asked where he is from when I leave the restaurant. My doubt was right that he is from one of the country side village in Hiroshima prefecture.
It is strange that I do not have any connection with him but just knowing we are from same area makes me feel so close and also proud of him being a famous chef in Barcelona.

It was so un describable feeling when I first saw Sakurada familia.
This is what I dreamed to see for a long time!
Their creation will continue till 2028 according to Gaudi’s design.

My host lives 30 min away from the city where is very nice and quiet resident area.
